I wear Levi's 34x34, so the L probably would've been fine. The XL was listed as much longer, I'm 6'2 and love this length.The inside is soft fleece like. Maybe a little thicker than sweats, but made much better. I'm not active anymore, so I just lounge around the house in them. Price seems high, but I don't regret this purchase. I bought a LT on Nike website and they were on sale for $40ish.I would recommend.
