My son is 6'3" with long legs. Regular pants no longer fit him well.I purchased Large/Tall and Medium/Tall for him and Large/Tall fits better.I got them in 2 colors - "Medium Grey Heather/Black Heather" and "Collegiate Navy/Black".MEASUREMENTS. Inseam on both Large/Tall and Medium/Tall is 34". But Medium/Tall feels more like Small.- The waist on Medium/Tall is 30-31" (in its relaxed condition, obviously can go to a smaller waist, if cords are pulled; or larger waist, since its stretching). I feel that Medium should be 32" at relaxed condition, which would've fit my son better.- The waist on Large/Tall is 34" (in its relaxed condition, obviously can go to a smaller waist, if cords are pulled; or larger waist, since its stretching).The interesting thing is that QUALITY of Material is DIFFERENT for different colors! I only purchased 2 colors, but planning to buy others.- LOVE "Medium Grey Heather/Black Heather" - feels soft, cotton/fleece-like outside! Super-soft/warm inside. Leaving it!- HATE "Collegiate Navy/Black" - feels artificial, polyester, the one which will get "pulls" constantly if touched. They are thin not soft/clingy/electrostatic inside. They feel awful and they even squeak. Yak. Returning it!I made some pictures of Outside and Inside for both colors, and I think you can see the difference in quality even from the pictures.They both say "100% Polyester", but what a difference!I think people who didn't like the quality - they ordered the color, which comes in that quality.I definitely recommend "Medium Grey Heather/Black Heather"
