These are great cold weather pants. I wore them for several hikes this winter in temps down to 0F without a base layer and they are very warm. Wind and waterproof-ness are top notch, no issues shedding snow or soaking up moisture. So far, they seem to be very durable. They do wear slightly low on my waist; a higher waist would be an improvement. They are actually fairly stylish for an outdoor pant as well.These are seriously the best pants ever. Have two pair and pretty much wear them nonstop when the temp drops. So comfortable and warm and durable that there is no reason to wear anything else.So I was concerned about the fit as I don’t have any Eddie Bauer pantsI am 5’7” 160 lbs and the 32 waist 30 length fit me perfectlyUsually pants are too long as I don’t like the ruffle at the bottomThese were spot onThe fleece lining feels like heavenThey are already warm as soon as you slide them onI wore them in the snow ❄️ as we got a winter storm the weekend after I received themThey did arrive wrinkly but I washed them and dried them in dryer and they came out smoothI would recommend hanging them at all times to avoid wrinklesThat’s why I chose that picIt’s after the wash and dryHappy with this purchase ?And would recommend to anyone that wants something warmer and softer than jeansThese are excellent pants. I walk a lot every day, play with my German Shepherd at the park every morning, and I am quite comfortable. Temperature ranging from mid 30s to low 40s, sometimes it dips a bit more, but it doesn’t bother me one bit. I like the pockets, designed well for my iPhone and wallet, nice flex to the material. I like these so much I just ordered another pair. I first bought them because my wife has a pair and she recommended them, and I’m happy she did. They wash in the washing machine very well, no noticeable shrinking at all.
